# SetSettingValue

> SetSettingValue method in the ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Services API: saves a named parameter to the database per user, project, and batch type.

Saves the named parameter to the database. If a parameter with the specified name already exists for the same user, batch type, and project, the method changes its value. Identically named parameters can hold different values for different users, batch types, and projects.
