# Multi-Page Invoice

> Sample 4 introduces a multi-page invoice and shows how FlexiLayout Studio detects document boundaries and tables that stretch across several pages.

This sample builds a FlexiLayout for a typical multi-page invoice. Unlike the earlier samples, this document has more than one page and contains a table that stretches over several pages.

ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio can create FlexiLayouts for multi-page documents. It treats a multi-page document as a whole unit, so the search for elements is not limited to individual pages. For more information, see [Multi-page FlexiLayout](/flexi-capture/fls/template/multipage).

The Invoice sample illustrates several non-standard approaches to locating elements. You will learn how to detect image objects that mark the beginning and the end of a multi-page document, and how to detect multi-page elements such as a table that spans several pages. A FlexiLayout for this document should reliably detect the following fields on all the test images:

* **Invoice Number**
* **Invoice Date**
* **Delivery Address**
* **Total Amount**
* **Invoice Table** (**Reference**, **Designation**, **Unit**, **Quantity**, **Unit Price**, and **Total** columns)
* **Company**
