# Deleting a Picture Element

> Select a picture element and choose Delete from the Edit menu or the shortcut menu to remove the image from your form in ABBYY FormDesigner.

To delete a **picture** element:

1. Select the **picture** element you wish to delete.
2. On the **Edit** menu, select **Delete** (or select the **Delete** item on the shortcut menu).
