# Printing a Form

> Print a form from ABBYY FormDesigner with the File menu or Ctrl+P, and adjust printer, print range, copies, and page setup before printing.

To print a form

1. Select **Print...** on the **File** menu\
   *or*\
   Press [Ctrl+P](/flexi-capture/form-designer/ap-hot-keys).
2. The form will be printed with default print settings.

  To specify required print settings, select **File →** **Print Setup...**. In the dialog box that opens select a printer and specify the print range and the number of copies. Click the **Properties...** button to specify page size and orientation.
