# メール通知

> Monitoring Console で SMTP 設定と通知ルールを構成し、ABBYY FlexiCapture の管理者およびユーザー向けのメール通知を設定します。

メール通知を使用すると、システム内で発生するイベントに関するメールを受信できます。

管理者および ABBYY FlexiCapture ユーザー向けにメール通知を設定するには:

1. 管理および監視コンソールで **Settings** セクションを開きます。
2. **Settings → SMTP settings** で、[SMTP サーバー接続パラメーター](/ja/flexi-capture/admin-guide/email-notification-smtp)を指定します。
3. **Settings → Email notifications** ページに移動し、[システム](/ja/flexi-capture/admin-guide/email-notification-fc)または[テナント](/ja/flexi-capture/admin-guide/email-notification-tenant)でメール通知を設定します。
