# サンプルに基づくフォームの作成

> ABBYY FormDesigner でフォームやページを再利用可能なサンプルファイル（.dtf、.ptf）として保存し、それらのサンプルに基づいて新しいフォームを作成したり、ページを追加したりできます。

サンプルを使用して、新しいフォームまたはフォームページを作成できます。

フォーム (またはページ) のサンプルを作成するには、次の手順を実行します。

1. ABBYY Form Designer でフォーム (またはページ) を作成します
2. **File →** **Save As...** を選択します
3. **Save as type** ドロップダウンリストで、**Form Sample File** または **Page Sample File** を選択します
4. **Save** をクリックします

既定では、フォームサンプルは `%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Templates` に保存されます。

フォームサンプルは拡張子 `*.dtf` のバイナリファイルです。ページサンプルは `*.ptf` 形式で保存されます。これは `*.fdd` 形式を変更したものです。

フォームサンプルに基づいて新しいフォームを作成するには、**Form Creation Wizard** で **Form from template** を選択します。

ページサンプルに基づいて [複数ページフォーム](/ja/flexi-capture/form-designer/form-multipage) に新しいページを追加するには、**Form → Add Page →** **Based on Page Sample...** を選択します。
