# 処理ステーション

> ABBYY FlexiCapture の処理ステーションが、OCR、変換、スクリプトの実行などの自動タスクをどのように処理し、スケールアップのためにそれらを調整・追加する方法について説明します。

処理ステーションは、自動処理タスクの実行、画像の他形式への変換、OCR (認識) の実行、ユーザースクリプトの実行などを行います。これらはすべて Processing Server に接続されており、Processing Server は並列処理のためにタスクを割り当てられるよう、それぞれの稼働状況を管理します。ステーションは 1 台のコンピューターにつき 1 つです。

システムをスケールアップするには、次のことが必要です。

* 処理をより高速に実行できるよう、各処理ステーションの[パフォーマンスを調整する](/ja/flexi-capture/performance-guide/pg-tune-up)
* 目的のパフォーマンスレベルに達するまで、[処理ステーションを追加する](/ja/flexi-capture/performance-guide/pg-calculate)
