# fixed Document Definitions の作成

> 質問票やアンケートのようにfieldレイアウトが変化しないフォームからデータを抽出するためのfixed Document Definitionsを ABBYY FlexiCapture で構築します。

**フォーム**は、マークされた情報fieldsのセットを含む文書で、書式、数、レイアウトが文書ごとに変わりません。フォームの例としては、質問票、アンケート、申込書などがあります。文書フロー内でフォームを識別し、そこからデータを抽出するには、fixed Document Definition を作成する必要があります。これにより、プログラムにデータfieldsをどこで探すかを指示できます。詳細については、[ABBYY FlexiCapture で処理できる文書の種類](/ja/flexi-capture/overview/document-types)を参照してください。
