IWriteStream Interface

IWriteStream interface in the ABBYY FineReader Engine API — Client-side interface for a write stream (for example, writing to a database or over the network); returned by Layout.SaveToStream.

This is the interface for a write stream. This interface and all its methods are implemented on the client-side. A write stream may be implemented, for example, as writing to a certain database or over the network.

Methods

Name	Description
Write	Writes the specified array of bytes to the stream.

Input parameter

This interface pointer is returned by the SaveToStream method of the Layout interface.

Remarks

In Linux, this interface does not work if the Engine object is loaded as an out-of-process server.
