Exporting a Form

Export a finished form from ABBYY FormDesigner to image files, color-separated images, XML Form Definition, PDF, InfoPath, or Adobe Illustrator formats.

After the form has been created, it can be exported to various image formats, images with color separation, a special XML Form Definition format, PDF and InfoPath forms, and into Adobe Illustrator files.

Some export types are available for published forms only.

Export to image formats is required for sending the form to a printing shop.

Export to XML Form Definition format creates a file from which ABBYY FlexiCapture can automatically create a Document Definition for the form.
