Saving and Publishing a Form; Checking a Form for Machine-Readability

Save interim form designs, publish finished forms to prevent accidental changes, and check forms for machine-readability in ABBYY FormDesigner.

The form creation process consists of several stages including form design, making changes to the design, printing, etc. To save the interim results of your work, use the standard Save command. Once the form has been designed and its final design has been approved, it is advisable to publish the form, i.e. to assign it Published status so that no accidental changes can be made to the final design.
