Fields with several regions

Extend a field across several regions or pages in FlexiCapture — handy for large tables; values from all regions combine and export as a single field.

A field can comprise several regions on the image. These regions may be located a distance apart from each another or even on different pages. Values from all regions of the same field are combined and exported together as one field.

It is convenient to create several regions for fields located on several pages, for example, for large tables.

In such fields, values are sorted vertically, that is, the value of a region which has the uppermost boundary will be the first in the field.

To create a field with several regions, proceed as follows:

1. Create a field.
2. Highlight it, right-click in the field region and select Continue Region… from the shortcut menu.
3. Move the region image to the required location on the page.
