Logging in to a tenant

Enter a multi-tenant ABBYY FlexiCapture system as a tenant user: open the Log In to Tenant link, specify the tenant name, and sign in with your credentials.

This page is designed for users of a multi-tenant system. To enter the system as a user of a certain tenant, do the following:

1. On the system login page, click the Log In to Tenant link.
2. Enter the name of a tenant and click Continue.

The tenant login page will open with the address that looks like this: https://<ApplicationServer>/Flexicapture12/Login/<TenantName>, where <ApplicationServer> is the name of the computer where the Application Server is installed and <TenantName> is the name of a tenant.

After that, specify your user name and password and click Log in to go to the personal page.

If you attempt to authenticate with invalid credentials more than 3 consecutive times, your account will be locked out for 30 minutes. Neither you nor an administrator will be able to unlock your locked-out account during this time.
