TenantInfo データ型は、データベース内のテナント情報を保持します。

Id	int	テナント ID
Name	string	テナント名
Description	string	テナントの詳細な説明
LicenseNumber	string	License 番号 (テナントが割り当てられた License を使用している場合)
CanUseCommonLicense	bool	テナントに割り当てられた License がない場合に共通 License を使用する権限
