Key value hypothesis

Key value hypothesis properties in an Extraction Rules activity — Static Text and White Gap secondary elements plus type-specific main element properties.

The Key Value element is a group element containing predetermined subelements. Formulation and evaluation of hypothesis for this element is carried out the same way as it is for the Group element, with secondary element hypotheses having identical properties. Moreover, secondary element hypotheses have additional properties.

Additional Static Text hypothesis properties

Property	Description
Keyword	Lists keywords that are part of the hypothesis. A separate error count is displayed for each word.

Additional White Gap hypothesis properties

Property	Description
Orientation	Specifies the orientation of the detected white gap.
Histogram maximum in search area	Specifies the maximum histogram value in the search area.
White Gap threshold	Specifies the calculated threshold for the histogram, over which the white gap will no longer be considered to be detected.
Histogram maximum within hypothesis	Specifies the maximum histogram value within the white gap hypothesis region.

Additional main element hypothesis properties

Additional main element hypothesis properties can have varying properties depending on element type:
