Page Size Control

Set resolution and size ranges for pages in a batch. Pages outside the range are flagged.

Use Page Size Control to set acceptable ranges for the resolution and dimensions of pages in a batch. If a page’s parameters fall outside the configured range, the page is marked with a yellow warning triangle in the Batches window. To see the details, open the Page Properties dialog box.

Configure page size control in two places:

• For a batch type — when creating the batch type with the Batch Type Wizard, or later on the Page Size Control tab of the Batch Type Properties dialog box.
• For individual batches — on the Page Size Control tab of the Options dialog box.

Select the parameters you want to control and set their allowed ranges.

Option	Description
Resolution	Resolution range, in dots per inch (dpi).
Vertical size	Vertical size range, in pixels.
Horizontal size	Horizontal size range, in pixels.
