Creating classifier projects

Create a classifier project in FlexiLayout Studio: choose the Classifier Project Files type, document language, and auto or rule-based classification.

To create a classifier in ABBYY FlexiLayout Studio, do the following:

1. Create a new ABBYY Classifier Project Files (*fcp.) type project.
2. In the General tab of the Properties window, choose the language of the documents that need to be classified.
3. In the Classification tab of the Properties window, choose the classification type that will be used:
   • Auto-classification,
   • Rule-based classification. This type is recommended for when you need to apply additional rules to more precisely distinguish between different classes.
