Labeled Field

Work with Labeled Field elements in the FlexiLayout language: convert them to Group elements to access subelement methods and use common functions.

A Labeled Field element is a Group element with predefined subelements. When you work with this element as one entity, its subelements are not visible and you cannot call their methods. To be able to access the methods of the subelements, turn the Labeled Field element into a usual Group element using command on the element’s shortcut menu.

A Labeled Field has no specific methods or properties. The methods and properties common to all elements are described in the following sections:

• Functions which limit the search area
• Controlling searches
• Debug functions which return information about the search area
