About Business Process Reporting

Business Process Reporting in ABBYY FlexiCapture collects batch state and routing data for reports on processing progress, SLA violations, and audit trails.

The Business Process Reporting data warehouse contains information that empowers clients to answer the following questions:

• Which batches are currently being processed?
• Which batches are about to break SLA times?
• Have all required batches been processed during the period?
• How many batches were processed with SLA times violations during the period?
• Audit trial (Which path did the document follow, by whom was it edited?)

Data is provided in the form of reports regarding the current batch state, as well as the entire path taken by each batch.
