Statistics columns
- Queue / Throughput — number of transactions awaiting processing and the number processed by the skill in the last hour.
- Estimated Manual Review Time — estimated time operators need to manually review the documents (for skills with the Manual Review stage enabled).
- Quality STP Rate — percentage of documents the system processed automatically without sending them to manual review (for Process skills with the Manual Review stage enabled).
- Accuracy — the learning accuracy for Document skills and Classification skills.
- Processed Transactions — total number of completed transactions processed by the skill.
If Queue shows a high number while Throughput stays low — for example, Queue is 300 and Throughput is 0 — transactions are held up at one of the processing steps. The system administrator needs to investigate.
What creates a transaction
A transaction is a unit for processing documents and document groups in Vantage. The following actions create a transaction:- Uploading documents on the Documents page.
- Uploading documents from a mobile device.
- Uploading documents using Try Skill.
- Creating a transaction via the Vantage API.
- Uploading documents from third-party systems using connectors.
- Uploading documents from an additional source set up in the Input activity block of a Process skill (an email folder or a shared folder).
- Uploading documents in Skill Designer.
Finding and filtering skills
Use the Find name button to search for skills. You can also sort skills by type using the filter at the top of the page.Using these statistics
Administrators and supervisors use these statistics to optimize system operation. For example:- A process owner can check the Throughput column to see whether the number of processed transactions meets the KPIs.
- A processing supervisor can compare the Queue and Throughput columns to see whether transactions get stuck at certain stages.
- A manual review supervisor can check the Estimated Manual Review Time column to see whether more operators should be allocated to a particular skill.
