The ABBYY FlexiCapture Connector for WinActor is typically used in one of two scenarios. In both, the export profile of the ABBYY FlexiCapture project sets the output format, which can be XML, CSV, XLS, TXT, or DBF.

ABBYY FlexiCapture as a service

WinActor Office Robot sends documents to ABBYY FlexiCapture for processing. After processing finishes, WinActor Office Robot downloads the processing results as data files.

ABBYY FlexiCapture as a service with verification

WinActor Office Robot sends documents to ABBYY FlexiCapture for processing. If the documents need verification, WinActor Office Robot receives a verification URL for an ABBYY FlexiCapture Web Verification Station. The user then verifies the documents and completes the task. After processing finishes, WinActor Office Robot downloads the processing results as data files.
